We started Support IT NI to do IT support the way we wished it was done for us: pick up the phone, get a real person, fix the actual problem, and follow up. Nothing flashy — just reliable.
Today we look after business offices, charities and community organisations from every industry sector. Some have one or two computers; others have dozens of staff across multiple sites. From a hairdresser in Newcastle, to a multi-national headquartered in London, the common thread is the same: they want their technology to stay out of the way so they can get on with their work.
